Char turns 2, Caden Schrage MVP, Frannie gets some Jesus.

We interrupt this catch up post to bring you some current Schrage news:
Caden had his first baseball game Monday and pitched 5 innings. Pretty good for a fifth grader!
Ava had her last day of school Friday and has made up lost time on her pony and playing PeeWee softball. She even got an out last night at first base!
Quinnie is currently working on learning how to stay in her bunk bed in her newly shared room with her sister. Let's just say I have already had to interrupt typing this three times to "redirect" a certain someone.
Baby Schrage is growing and growing. At my last appointment I was measuring 2 weeks big. I'm getting excited to meet the little one who has been living inside of me for the past 8 months and kicking, hiccuping, etc. all. day. and night....

Char Char turned 2 and had a fun princess birthday party in October. We got her a new table and chairs for her to work on all her masterpieces :)

 Quinnie and Charlotte - BFF's
Digging into all the awesome gifts. I love seeing all the crap that everybody else gets to take into their homes too. Makes me feel a little better about our out of control toy situation.
Caden's Youth Football team from Northwood got selected to play during a UNI halftime in October. We made a fun night of it by inviting Grandma & Grandpa, Grandma Shook, and Aunt Sam & Uncle Jesse to join us at the game. Ava had a great time getting into the Panther spirit at the game!
Quinnie enjoying the game. The girls did pretty good at the game considering how long we were there. Quinn got a bit antsy towards the end but we took turns taking her for walks around the UNI Dome.
We had a lot of fun this past fall watching Caden play football. I would definitely say he found his sport! He really improved over the season as well, starting out afraid to make a hit on defense to ending the season playing offense and defense, getting a couple interceptions and even playing on the Offensive Line. For being such a little guy is a great athlete!
The day after the birthday party and football game we got to celebrate Baby Frannie's baptism in Greene.
Heather, Tony, Frannie & Father Brunkan.
The same priest that married Doug and I, and Tony and Heather.
Frannie with her godparents Great Aunt Lisa and Great Uncle Jeff Meek.
 with Grandma and Grandpa
 with Nana and Papa Knapp
 and Great Grandma Shook!
Frannie was so funny during her baptism. As she was a little older at 4 months old she was wide awake and smiley the entire time, staring out at everyone and putting on a show. She is such a funny girl! After the baptism we enjoyed breakfast bake, fruit, and donuts.
Big Sissie Charlotte
