Quinnie hanging at the pool waiting for Sissy to get done with swim lessons. Doesn't that popsicle on her shirt look yummy? She is really getting active and getting quite the personality on her. She loves being talked to and really loves being outside. Just in the last week or so she has started noticing toys hanging from a toy bar or from her play gym and has kind-off attempted to bat at them. She has this look on her face like, "Hey guys I see you up there, let me get you down!"
Ava jumping of the diving board!Ava passed Level I of Swim Lessons! Yay! Of course she failed to tell me on safety day at swim lessons that they were suppose to bring life jackets. Then I heard her telling her teacher, "My mom forgot mine." Way to place the blame on me!
She has gotten quite the summer tan this year!
I just love this picture. Ava was reading to Quinn and Quinn was actually listening and looking at the book very itently. She really loves her big sister and gets a huge grin on her face whenever she talks to her.
Saturday we headed to Rockford with Tarah to watch the parade during Rockford Fun Days. Ava got a ton of candy and even needed a little help from the rest of us picking it up because she couldn't keep up with the flow.
Quinn, Tarah and Quinn's buddy Baby Paulus. I can't decide if it's a boy or a girl?! After the parade Tarah's Grandpa George played us some tunes on his harmonica and sang a couple songs. America's Got Talent here we come!

The Floyd County Fair was also going on this week so we went and checked it out Thursday. They even had a circus this year that was actually pretty good. Ava was pretty bummed that she didn't win the hula hoop contest during the circus. The prize was a free elephant ride! She was loving everything at the fair though and acted as if she'd never seen an animal in her entire life. Check out the huge grin she has!
Quinnie and Grandma getting in on the action at the fair.
Ava and Grandpa with a couple of the bottle calves.
A cute chic checking out the chicks! Doesn't she look so excited?
